Their service were good , but rooms were very out dated and need renovation in bath tub and all. My bath tub kept dripping water
The hotel is a little dated, but my room was clean (only wood floor in my room, which is nice) and the bed was comfortable. Located in a nice part of town near lots of restaurants and malls. Couldn't give it 5 stars however because the gym was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel ever. Decent value for what I paid. Morning breakfast was nice and not too expensive.
Always come here whenever i go to monterrey , overall 5 star rooms are like any other, theyre nice. Room service is good, amazing food and amazing breakfast , free parking and good location
Nice hotel in a great area. Walkable to shopping and some great restaurants. Underground parking available. Breakfast was very good with many options. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being church coffee and 10 being my favorite French press brew I'd give the coffee a 7. Room was nice but could use a refresh (edit: I actually had two different rooms during my stay. The second one was in very good condition, no refresh required).
So I was a little concerned after reading some negative reviews but I completely disagree. The hotel staff was very kind, yes the building is older but it kept up well and if there are problems they jump right on it. I would definitely come back and recommend it, you can’t beat the location and safety of the area.
Like other's have said, the hotel is a little dated. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but cleanliness has some issues. The bathroom's floor was dirty. On the upside, breakfast was excellent. Service is also great. I would mainly stay here again for the breakfast!
For business and meetings in nearby hospital.. hotel has nice and large rooms. Need attention into cleanliness, bedding and pillows smell and odor. At walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.
Location Location Location. Withing 10-15 minutes of walking you'd be at the nicest places in San Pedro. The hotel is just old and so you may find it not pleasing. The room was a king bed room and it is huge and has two levels and pleanty of room. If you don't care about the hotel being super sharp and new and clean this hotel is amazing.
